Οι επεξεργαστές είναι τύπου System-on-a-Chip κάτι που σημαίνει πως περιλαμβάνουν στο εσωτερικό τους και το southbridge δηλαδή τους ελεγκτές των αποθηκευτικών μέσων όπως τις SATA. Οι επεξεργαστές κατασκευάζονται στη λιθογραφία των 14nm και προορίζονται για συστήματα server και datacenters ενώ έχουν αρκετά χαμηλή κατανάλωση ενέργειας.
